- 1 cup milk (or 1/2 cup cream)
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 leek (large, white part only, washed and sliced)
- 1 onion
- 1 clove garlic (chopped)
- 300 grams button mushrooms (cut into pieces)
- 1/2 tsp. fresh thyme leaves (each chopped)
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- salt and ground black pepper
