Turned out pretty good. I forgot the bell pepper though, but it was fine. I didnt use the typical canned tomatoes (hunts and del monte). I used authentic San Manzano tomatoes instead. Put a lil crushed red pepper in it too. delicious all around. Especially after using ground Italian sausage and crumbled as well

I have made this, (cleaner), for years. I use ground turkey, (99% lean) and and nothing dried. Saute onions, mushrooms, celery, bell pepper, and basil in a separate fry pan in 2 tbs. of virgin olive oil.(Extra Virgin can turn rancid with heat). After they have started to brown and you need to turn it over, add the garlic. Garlic is a very tender herb and can scorch or burn easy so it is added at the last. In a separate pan, brown the ground turkey, and then drain. Add the turkey and all other ingredients to the saute and simmer on medium heat for about 35 minutes.

Try adding a cup of chopped Celery. or Celery salt (powder). mushrooms and carrots can also lift a great deal..........

Sage is better. Curry changes this completely. No longer a true spaghetti sauce. Try sage! Always get a rave review and the best part is, no one knows why! The mystery of well-used herbs.

Nice . I really love the way you make this recipe. not enough that you can taste the curry, but it brings out the flavor of the other ingredients. You can also use less salt if you use a pinch of curry. Experiment to see how much you can add without getting a curry flavor.
