- 1 hothouse cucumber (unpeeled and seeded)
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. fresh dill (minced)
- 1 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
- 2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper (freshly)

Fabulous! Everything worked well together so that a fork of lamb could dive into the salad as well and went just great with it.
