- 1/2 cup flour (choose from whole wheat pastry flour, finely ground oat flour, or all-purpose white flour)

Very good! I use two eggs and the rest egg whites, and eat it in a tortilla with fruit for a healthy breakfast.

Good. Really light & fluffy. We sautéed other veggies with the spices. Should have put spices in the eggs like suggested. Added cheese on top during last 8 minutes of baking.
