    Family loved it. Since recipe uses whistles, I used the poultry setting on the Instant Pot, and it was perfect. I used bone in breast and put them in skin down so they’d be in the spice water. The instructions about covering with foil under the broiler didn’t make sense to me. I used a 500 degree oven since I was roasting some cauliflower at the same time. Got some decently crispy skin out of it.
