- 2 cups water (1.5 for thicker consistency)
- 1/3 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup carrots (chopped)
- 1/4 cup zucchini (chopped or grated, or 1/4 cup chopped Brussels sprouts)
- 2 tsp. canola oil (organic, or any organic oil with high smoke point)
