So easy and delicious. I didn’t have sour cream and substituted mozzarella cheese. No chives but added jalapeño peppers.

Sooooo good! Take liberties where needed....more squash, added topping....it just makes it better! Love the combination of flavors and the color the carrots and chives add to this dish!! My family has really enjoy this recipe!
