Delicious, I added cayenne pepper, I went too heavy on the black pepper, used sea salt, cooked it with pork center cut instead and laid it on some white rice. Easy and yummy. Oh yeh I also didn’t have jalapeño peppers so I went without it.

I had just 2 yellow squash from my garden so this was the perfect recipe. Along way a jalapeño also from my garden and BACON how could you go wrong? It was yummy!
