I think the recipe maybe wrong with the serves 4 and has 2 cups of rice. I needed to add more liquid to my rice ( about 3/4 cup more). The raisins also absorbed the liquid. I used jalapeno (2) instead ( less heat). Otherwise it tastes great. Even better the next day- just heated up.
