- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil

- 1 burrata (large fresh)
- 5 oz. arugula (micro, or baby arugula. I used micro arugula from Bright Fresh)
- 3.5 oz. pea shoots (gold, . - I recommend from Bright Fresh if you can get it)
- 4 radishes (large, trimmed and very thinly sliced on a mandolin)
- 1 zucchini (in ribbons. - I used this spiral slicer)
