    yummy! the first cake that really tasted like a yellow cake... I have learned to increase things like vanilla and other flavorings in all I bake gluten free...so I tripled the vanilla, and added 2 tsp of apple cider vinegar. gluten free grains absorb a lot of everything so increasing and adding those two things made this a keeper and repeater.

    The only substitute I used was coconut oil. The texture was on point however I was surprised the cake didn’t have much flavor. I didn’t make a second layer due to that reason. Will try this again.
