- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 pinch celery seed
- 2 dashes liquid smoke (vegan)
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce (or Bragg’s Liquid Aminos)
- 1/4 tsp. ground turmeric

It didn't taste like some of the vegan macaroni and cheese dishes that I've made in
the past, but it was pretty good
