- 1 tsp. cinnamon powder (optional – not in my MIL’s recipe)
- 13 oz. chestnuts (or 1 1/2 C peeled chestnuts, uncooked)
- 1 cup dried jujubes (aka dried red dates)
- 2 Tbsp. pine nuts
