- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 Tbsp. Shaoxing wine (or dry sherry)
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 cup fried onions
- 1/2 cup scallions (frieds, or an additional 1/4 cup fried onions)
