One word change from best to worst. Searing the steak caused it to burn because of the sugars. Steak was inedible. Recommend not going near this recipe. Expensive misteak!

Great! It had a very good flavour. I used it with a good top sirloin steak that I pounded to,tenderize,first. I also used brown sugar instead of the honey.

this is the best marinade, veryeasy to make and taste delicious. I have highly recomnended this to friends.
