- 4 cups vegetable (cut-up)
- 1/2 cup italian salad dressing (I like Newman's Own Olive Oil and Vinegar Dressing for this, be sure to use a dressing with oil as the first ingredient.)
- 1 pinch herbs (dried, like thyme, oregano, or fennel, optional)
- salt (and fresh ground black pepper to season vegetables after grilling)

This turned out so well! I followed the recipe exactly and it was a big hit. I use the Paul Newman dressing.

I’m going to try this wrapping this in tin foil. My try variations, like olive oil w S/P and garlic. Or Brussels sprouts and butter w Frank’s red hot, which may need to be done straight on the grill.

I added little mustard, olive oil , little red vinegar + little white vinigar, fresh parsley and basil, dry origano, salt peper, garlic and onion powder. Grilled for 45 minutes and served , very nice

This recipe was easy and it turned out great! I used zucchini, cauliflower, sweet onions, and red bell peppers. I also broiled them on the top rack of the oven. I didnt get as much of a smoky taste, but they had a charred taste with a perfect texture. You must watch them closely to ensure that they dont over-char. The crazy thing is that I didnt even marinade them in the Italian dressing for very long (4-5 minutes) and they still had a good flavor. Next time I will certainly marinade the veggies for at least a couple of hours.

The taste was right I had a hard time judging the doneness, and I need something better than skewers
