4 SERVINGS
- 1 lb. fresh green beans (preferably long thin "French" beans, but any type will work)
- 2 Tbsp. peanut oil
- 2 Tbsp. chopped garlic
- 1/2 yellow onion (large, cut in half top-to-bottom and then into slivers the same size as the beans, next time I'd probably just use the whole onion)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. water (plus a bit more if you check and the pan seems dry)
- 2 Tbsp. oyster sauce (comes in a bottle near the Asian foods in any major supermarket; look for Gluten-Free Oyster Sauce if needed.)

This was a very tasty and easy recipe. I used garlic salt instead of regular salt. I didn't have peanut oil so I used olive oil and a little sesame oil too. I will definitely make this again.
