I loved this recipe however, I only put about 1/8 cup of sugar and the amount was perfect. I cant imagine what 1/2cup would taste like. Start slowly then add more as preference desires.

I did add the pecans and cinnamon. Delicious! Have made two batches in 2 days.

I love it the nutmeg and orange zest gave it an extra punch in the plain old cranberry sauce
