These were yummy, but I would suggest either chopping the jalapeños in a food processor or sautéing them to soften them up. We chopped them very small, but they still tore through the wonton wrappers, no matter how carefully we tried to wrap them. I also added some garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the mixture for a little more flavor. Next time, I will warm up the filling just a little to make it a little softer and easier to fill the wrappers - room temperature was still a little difficult to handle with the delicate wonton wrappers.
