Potato wedges coated with Hellmann's light mayonnaise, herbs and paprika

- 1 kg potatoes
- 4 Hellmann''s Light Mayonnaise (dollops*)
- 1 garlic clove (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. rosemary (chopped, and oregano)
- 1 cracked black pepper
- 1/2 Tbsp. paprika

Directions
- Pre-heat the oven to 200°C.
- Mix the mayonnaise with the garlic and herbs. Add pepper and paprika.
- Cut the potatoes into wedges and stir the in the mayonnaise mixture.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes in a preheated oven, until golden, stirring half way through.
- Serve with some delicious grilled meat like lamb or beef.

Wedges came out well. You can add more mayonnaise if you want more flavour. But good crispy wedges.
