Even if you don't have the exact ingredients, it can still turn out SUPER DELICIOUS! I used turkey bacon instead of sausages, leeks instead of onions, and forgot the kale. My French hubby doesn't usually like healthy foods, so I added a layer of cheese on top and let it melt... he LOVED it! Thank you for a recipe that both my partner and I enjoy (and have less food-related disputes about), lol!
