    SO good. I was skeptical of toasting the sunflower seeds, but they were amazing. I used a granny smith apple which was excellent, but very tart-sweet mixed with the poms. If you don't like tart-sweet, I'd go with a milder apple, but not a super-sweet one like a honeycrisp or fuji. The dressing was just plain good--would mix up to use on something else!
