A friend gave me this recipe in 1981 - it is a delicious accompaniment to the Lentil Stew recipe

- 1/2 white cabbage (finely shredded)
- 10 sprouts
- raisins
- 2 sticks celery (finely sliced)
- 12 button mushrooms (sliced)
- 8 dried apricots (chopped)
- black pepper

Directions
- Mix the shredded and chopped salad ingredients well with the dried fruit and peanuts
- Combine the ingredients for the dressing in a jar and shake well. Pour over salad and mix well.
