A holiday favorite! The tart lime and sweet maple dressing is very good.
Think I've made this each time with different combinations of types of red apple, pear, and kiwi. This time, it was gala, bosc, and green (have used golden before) kiwi.
The pomegranate especially makes this one for me, because I don't have it very often!
