Excellent recipe! However I did modify it a bit.. I used only one grapefruit. It turned out yummy:)

I made it with as a Thanksgiving dessert. It was delicious and refreshing but very filling. My modifications were to use just one grapefruit rather than two, to make everything bite-sized, and use turbinado sugar. I’d make it again — very easy.
