Very nice! Served it for dinner party and she wanted te recipe. Did it in instapot for an hour with natural release. Served on bed of spinach (not in pot) with toast and yoghurt on 't he side. Neede some hot sauce though for flavour.

it was fabulous! I loved the combination of spices.
I used red lentils in mine and i also used beef tips. I didn't have broth so I used 6 cups water with 2 tbs "better than bouillon" paste. The beef tips i seared on either side and then put into the crock pot to cook with the veggies. The beef was incredibly tender and I left out the pureeing. I will totally be making this again!

Super easy, though prepping vegetables always takes me forever! Added a sprinkle of salt and jabenero hot sauce for a little kick. Flavor really gets good the next day!
