- 600 grams stew beef (cubed)
- 2 carrots (roughly chopped)
- 4 small potatoes (cubed)
- 2 stalks celery (roughly chopped)
- 1 onion (finely diced)
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups beef stock
- 4 Tbsp. plain flour
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1 bay leaf
- salt
- olive oil

Directions
- In a mixing bowl, coat beef with 2 Tbsp of plain flour, salt and pepper
- Heat oil in pressure cooker and add beef. Brown for 1-2 minutes
- Remove beef from the cooker and set aside
