Super flavors! Definitely need to pay attention to the directions, as it's assumed the squash is pre-cooked... The second time I made it I added chicken thighs too.

Very yummy! Needed longer to cook (because of the squash) and I needed to add some water.

It was delicious, I think perhaps next time I’ll substitute the butternut squash for sweet potato and add cumin spice.

I essentially quadrupled the peanut butter. Why thought a little too sweet from the peanut butter kids liked it I would go a little lighter on PB next time

This is delicious! I used diced tomatoes with jalapeño for a little extra zip.

Took cale instesd of spinage and added a splash of soysaus. And cooked on medium heat for 30 min.
I'm surprised how good this stew is!
