- 1/4 cup raw honey (local, or pure maple syrup, optional)
- 2 tsp. gelatin (the brand of sustainably-sourced gelatin is recommended with a link below)
- 1/8 tsp. stevia powder (or 8-15 drops liquid stevia, to taste, NuNuturals brand recommended)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp. peppermint oil
- 1 Tbsp. cocoa
- matcha green tea powder
- 2 tsp. strong black coffee
