Great! Very tasty. Made a vegan version (and added protein) by blending 2 tins of butter beans in with the bouillon.

Great flavour. Didn’t add wine, dried mushrooms, and leek but was still great. Swapped cream for milk.

This soup was perfect for the cold weather and had excellent flavour. My family loved it, even though I switched the ingredients up a little. I stuck to just one type of mushroom - the cremini - and substituted the tomato paste for a tablespoon of Ragu pizza sauce (very fancy, I know). I didn't really care for the parsley butter, so I also left that out. I'll definitely make this again sometime soon.
