    I wanted a rice recipe to pair it with my roasted veggies and i came across this. The outcome was amazing and tasted really good. Will be making it more often.

    This recipe turned out to be amazing even for a beginner level cooker like myself. Also I made slight modifications to the original recipe due to not having specific ingredients however. This lack of having ended up turning into a big gain. For instance if you don’t have white onions, red onions substitute quite nicely and even provide a sweet taste that compliments this dish well. For the second modification I made this recipe without garlic. Since I forgot I did not have any. Next I may even try and add tomato.
