- 1 lb. cremini mushrooms (wiped clean, stems removed and finely chopped)

- 1 tsp. fresh thyme leaves
- 1 tsp. sugar
- ground black pepper (Freshly)
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley (freshly)
