This was easy and delicious. I skipped the dried mushrooms...seemed like a extra step with little payoff. I started with a mix of really fresh wild mushrooms; this made the whole thing work. I also cooked a handful of mushrooms separately and just roughly chopped them and then added them at the end. This added a layer to the taste. Not a fan of parsley...used chives instead.
