    This was delicious and I paired the risotto with a pan seared pork steak with a red wine Sauce. This was my first time making risotto and I stuck to the recipe mostly. I added the extra liquid from the sautéed mushroom because it was thick. Also, I drizzled a little bit of the wine sauce on the risotto before serving. The flavor was amazing and the presentation was spot on.
