It was excellent. I agree with the other rating that the chicken breast needs to be pounded out for quicker cooking.
I like using the mascarpone instead of sour cream Due to diet restrictions.

This Chicken Marsala was very delicious. I think the only thing lacking in the directions is that you kind of need to pound the chicken flat (if you are not using Perdue Perfect Portions) in order for it to cook as quickly as the directions indicate. My sauce kind of boiled away as I waited for the chicken to finish cooking.
