- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup brewed espresso
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1/8 tsp. espresso (Brewed Hot)

The taste was great, and I also used some of this raspberry sauce with ithttps://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/241308/fresh-raspberry-sauce/. The only thing is that the ganache was super thin, even after cooling for an hour.
