This is a fiber rich healthy pancake. I added 1 Tbl chia seeds because I used two medium eggs instead of large. Also added 1 Tbl hemp hearts because I like to add them in where I can. Instead of cinnamon sugar I used 1 tsp cinnamon and 2 Tbl monk fruit sweetener. They came out great.
