- 6 floz whole milk (– slightly warmed, body temp)
- 120 mL water (– slightly warmed, body temp)
- 2 large eggs (– I use free range)
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 14 grams dried yeast (/ 2 Sachets Fast Acting)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 50 grams unsalted butter (at room temp. – plus extra for greasing the baking tray.)
- 3 tsp. canela
- 150 grams sultanas (or Raisins)
- 50 grams wholemeal flour
- 60 mL water
- apricot jam
- glaze
