  • 250 grams gluten (Free Alchemist Rice Free Blend B see NOTES for B blend and flour ratios)
  • 130 grams gluten free oat flour (To make at home : grind GF oats in a blender)
  • 18 grams milled flax seed
  • 35 grams psyllium husk (ground, grind into a powder in a blender)
  • 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
  • 3 tablespoons milk powder (dried or 2 tablespoons coconut milk powder)
  • 7 grams dried yeast (active, I use Allinsons Easy Bake)
  • 3 large eggs (combined weight in shells 195-200g)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil (or sunflower, or alternative)
  • 1 tablespoon runny honey
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 390 grams warm water (/ml hand-)
  • oil (A little extra oil/butter and brown rice flour/sorghum or buckwheat flour to coat the inside of the bread tins)
