- 80 grams wholemeal flour (plain)
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. cocoa powder
- 60 grams dried cranberries (soaked in a bowl of cold water for at least 1 hours prior to using)
- 50 grams dark chocolate chips
- 125 mL runny honey
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil (melted, /coconut butter*)
- 1 egg (medium sized lightly whisked.)
