    Yummy moreish bread! I am definitely more of a « cook » than a baker and so when I try to make whole meal bread it is usually either rocklike or doughy in the middle. This loaf, however, has turned out perfectly each time! I’ve made it three times now - eating one/freezing one - so that we have lovely fresh bread every morning. The past few times I’ve just put it on a piece of baking paper, rather than putting it in a tin as I think it is better that way. Also, I use good quality organic whole meal flour as I find it really does give a better loaf. This is now my only wholemeal bread recipe! Thank you Yummly!
