Turned out really well. I was a bit lazy and couldn’t be bothered to melt butter so I substituted with olive oil and it was perfect. So I suppose it works as vegan suitable

lovely. first time making bread. easy recipe to follow. mine turned out a little doughy but i know what i did wrong.
