    Delicious! I used coconut oil instead of butter and added vanilla essence and cinnamon. I used 4 medium ripe banana and used raw sugar instead of brown - next time I plan to drop 1/4 cup of sugar just to make it a bit more healthy. Cake was ready after 30 minutes.
