I mince everything, because I don’t like texture of onions and green peppers, and it was delicious. We used sweet potatoes instead, and it was the perfect mix of sweet and savory.

This was excellent! I believe it does only call for 1-2 lbs of hamburger meat though and I had to feed 6 people so I did end up using about 5 lbs of hamburger meat and it still turned out fantastic! Will definitely make again.

This is such a cool concept and extremely delicious. I was addicted to this meal. Leftovers taste just as good as original. Yum!
