- kosher salt (to taste)
- black pepper (to taste)
- 1/4 cup arrowroot flour (/starch)
- 3 Tbsp. ghee
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth (or more, if desired)
- 1 lemon (ends removed and very thinly sliced. After you slice it, remove all the seeds OR you can just use the juice of 1 lemon)
- 2 Tbsp. capers (drained, add more or less to taste if you want)
