I used slightly different vegetables (what I had on hand: celery, bell peppers, carrots, nettles, mushrooms) & herbs (omitting salt, pepper, garlic & adding thyme & rosemary) - I appreciate the recipe notes helped with making substitutions - tasty! Thanks :)

Delicious the only thing I added was red hot wing sauce! Just a couple shakes. So good & great to heat for the rest of the week for work! Yummy I will make it again!
