Very fresh and yummy, a nice lift summer meal served with rice. Marinated in seasoning made with oregano, rosemary, thyme, onion flakes, garlic powder, salt, pepper, olive oil and a dash of red wine vinegar. Absolutely delish! The chicken was delicious just by itself with that seasoning too 🤤

It was so delicious! It tastes so fresh. I don’t feel huge and bloated after eating it. Served it with some mashed potatoes. Hubby loved it and ended up cleaning his plate!!!

Thought i had balsamic but I didn’t so i made it with teriyaki and added 2tbsp of vinegar and reduced it. Came out fantastic!

Excellent! Super easy to make and nothing better than farm fresh tomato’s. A new regular.

These were really good! I didn't cook the balsamic long enough, so it ended up kind of runny, but they were still tasty and refreshing.

This is a quick easy weekday recipe, I served mine with zuchinni noodles which were also tossed with balsalmic and basil to round out the meal.

Loved it!! Husband loved it too! BUT I would suggest not doing 1 cup of the balsamic vinaigrette. Seems like that was a typo. 1/2 cup would be better and make more sense.

I baked my chicken and added mozzarella on top, which I know probably doesn’t fit “keto” or “paleo” diets. It was so yummy this way!

This was just ok as described. The thin chicken was a bit dry when grilled. Im thinking a cast iron would keep it juicier and at the end add the tomato recipe for about 2 minutes to the pan before serving. This would really meld all the flavours and the heat enhace the balsamic reduction.
thanks tho.

Made this for dinner along side some roasted vegetables and cauliflour mash! I will say, I did add fresh minced garlic to the bruschetta mix, more as a personal preference. I also sliced fresh mozzarella and placed it on top of the bruschetta and drizzeld the glaze over it. So delicious, light and flavorful! Very easy to make as well :)

It was very yummy!! Only used 1/2 cup of balsamic and that was still more than enough!

So tasty and easy. I skipped the last step and I only used 1 T of balsamic vineger.
