    I added a cup of red wine (Zinfandel) which worked, however it turned chili very soupy. Next time I’ll probably cut back on broth

    It was delicious, but I doubled the meat by adding chicken sausage. It was meaty but lean.

    Really great. I basically doubled the recipe and reduced the liquid. I made it a little too spicy (I added cayenne pepper), next time I’ll add less. This is a bean less chili recipe that’s a keeper.
