wow, this recipe is so simple and really good! I would just add a bit more sugar. Also, i didn't have coconut milk so i used regular cow milk. But loved it, really!

So good! Fluffy and crispy and perfectly sweet. I didnt have eggs so i used a flax egg (2.5 Tbsp water 1 Tbsp flax seed meal recipe from Minimalist Baker). I added a dash of cinnamon and some coconut flakes to the batter and ugh it tastes like the healthiest churro ever!
