Tried out this recipe not 15 minutes ago. Added in a cup of fresh blueberries and a teaspoon of pure vanilla extract. Delicious and its whole wheat! : )

Boy oh boy! These waffles were great! I don’t know if it’s because I sifted the dry ingredients because my baking powder is lumpy or the fact that I made them in a “baby yoda” waffle iron, but they were puffy and actually light. I forgot the honey but didn’t miss it since I drowned my waffles in syrup anyway.
